LOWER EXTREMITIES, SHOULDERS AND LOW BACK STRENGTH

Here´s a great combination of exercises to get a full body workout. Do 10-12 reps each with 5 seconds isometric hold on each of the stops. Use the Kinexor 4 stops yellow disc or 2 stops orange disc.
